The British Columbia Assessment Authority orders the following:
1 Section 2 of the Telecommunications Corporations Valuation Regulation, B.C. Reg. 226/86, is amended by striking out “2014” and substituting “2015”.
2 Section 3 is amended by striking out “$444” and substituting “$458”.
3 Section 4 (2) is amended by repealing Tables 1, 3 and 4 and substituting the attached Tables 1, 3 and 4.
4 Section 9 is amended by striking out “$218” and substituting “$260”.
5 The following section is added:
Phase-in rates
11.1 Pursuant to section 21 (4.1) of the Assessment Act, the assessment authority, being of the opinion that the rates for valuing improvements under sections 4 (2) and 9 of the regulation have changed substantially for the 2015 taxation year from the rates for the 2014 taxation year, the rate that would have been in effect for the 2015 taxation year will be phased in equally over 3 years.
6 Appendix A is repealed and the attached Appendix A is substituted.
