The British Columbia Assessment Authority orders the following:

1 Section 2 of the Railway, Pipeline, Electric Power and Telecommunications Corporation Rights of Way Valuation Regulation, B.C. Reg. 218/86, is amended by striking out “2014” and substituting “2015”.

2 Section 3 is amended in column 2 of the Table

(a) by striking out “8 260” and substituting “8 890”,

(b) by striking out “800” and substituting “824”,

(c) by striking out “500” and substituting “505”,

(d) by striking out “4 380” wherever it appears and substituting “4 340”, and

(e) by striking out “943” and substituting “1 020”.
