Schedule

1 Section 1 of the British Columbia Teachers’ Council Regulation, B.C. Reg. 2/2012, is amended by repealing the definition of “first election”.

2 Section 8 (1) is amended

(a) by striking out “first election” and substituting “2015 election”, and

(b) by striking out “January 31, 2012” and substituting “January 9, 2015”.

3 Section 9 is amended

(a) in subsection (1) by striking out “21 days” and substituting “45 days”, and

(b) in subsections (1) and (2) (e) and (f) by striking out “January 31, 2012” and substituting “January 9, 2015”.

4 Section 10 is amended

(a) by striking out “first election” and substituting “2015 election”, and

(b) by striking out “March 20, 2012” and substituting “March 20, 2015”.
