1 The Prescribed Classes of Property Regulation, B.C. Reg. 438/81, is amended by repealing Schedule B and substituting the following:

Interpretation

1  An assessment roll number set out in Column 1 of the table in section 2 is the number on the assessment roll prepared by the assessment authority for the 2016 taxation year.

Designated eligible supportive housing properties

2  For the purposes of section 19 (14.01) of the Assessment Act, the eligible supportive housing properties identified by the assessment roll numbers listed in Column 1 of the following table are designated for the 2016 taxation year:
