On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the Liquor Possession Regulation, B.C. Reg. 130/2012, is amended as set out in the attached schedule.

Schedule

1 Section 1 of the Liquor Possession Regulation, B.C. Reg. 130/2012, is amended by adding "and" at the end of paragraph (b), by striking out "and" at the end of paragraph (c) and by repealing paragraph (d).

2 Section 2 (1) is amended in the definition of "winery" by striking out "British Columbia," and substituting "British Columbia".
