B.C. Reg. 160/2019, deposited July 8, 2019, under the PASSENGER TRANSPORTATION AMENDMENT ACT, 2018 [section 80]. Order in Council 413/2019, approved and ordered July 8, 2019.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that,

(a) effective September 3, 2019, the Passenger Transportation Amendment Act, 2018, S.B.C. 2018, c. 53, is brought into force as set out in the attached Schedule 1, and

(b) effective September 16, 2019, the Passenger Transportation Amendment Act, 2018, is brought into force as set out in the attached Schedule 2.

Schedule 1

1 The following provisions of the Passenger Transportation Amendment Act, 2018, are brought into force:

(a) section 1 (a), (c) to (j) and (m);

(b) section 2 (a);

(c) section 2 (b), except as it enacts section 5 (2) (b) of the Passenger Transportation Act;

(d) sections 2 (c) and (d), 3 (a) and (b), 10 and 12 to 14.

Schedule 2

1 The following provisions of the Passenger Transportation Amendment Act, 2018, are brought into force:

(a) section 1 (b), (k) and (l);

(b) section 2 (b), as it enacts section 5 (2) (b) of the Passenger Transportation Act;

(c) sections 3 (c) and 4 to 9;

(d) section 11 (a), except as it enacts section 25 (1) (e) of the Passenger Transportation Act;

(e) section 11 (b) and (c);

(f) section 15, except as it enacts section 29 (1) (e) (ii) of the Passenger Transportation Act;

(g) sections 16 to 18, 19 (a) to (d) and 20 to 39;

(h) section 40, except as it enacts sections 57.1 (2) (a) and 57.3 (4) (a) and (6) (a) of the Passenger Transportation Act;

(i) sections 41 to 51, 54, 57 to 60, 62 to 65, 67 to 77 and 79.
