B.C. Reg. 11/2024, deposited February 5, 2024, under the INSURANCE (VEHICLE) ACT [section 45 (2)]. Order in Council 39/2024, approved and ordered February 5, 2024.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that section 43 (1) (c) of the Insurance (Vehicle) Regulation, B.C. Reg. 447/83, is amended by striking out "president" and substituting "chief executive officer" wherever it appears.
