On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the Business Number Regulation, B.C. Reg. 388/2003, is amended as set out in the attached Schedule.

Schedule

1 Section 3 of the Business Number Regulation, B.C. Reg. 388/2003, is amended

(a) in paragraph (d) by striking out "facsimile number" and substituting "fax number", and

(b) by repealing paragraph (e) and substituting the following:

(e) its email address; .

2 Section 4 is amended

(a) by repealing the following:

Agricultural Produce Grading Act

Agri-Food Choice and Quality Act

Consumption Tax Rebate and Transition Act

Fish Inspection Act

Fisheries Act

Greenhouse Gas Reduction (Cap and Trade) Act

Greenhouse Gas Reduction Targets Act , and

(b) by adding the following:

Climate Change Accountability Act

Fish and Seafood Act

Food and Agricultural Products Classification Act

Greenhouse Gas Industrial Reporting and Control Act .
