On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the Liquor Control and Licensing Regulation, B.C. Reg. 241/2016, is amended as set out in the attached Schedule.

Schedule

1 Section 158 of the Liquor Control and Licensing Regulation, B.C. Reg. 241/2016, is amended by striking out "section 77 (3) (a) of the Act" and substituting "sections 77 (3) (a) and 79 (3) (a) of the Act".

2 Section 189 (3) (b) is amended by adding "until" before "September 15, 2020".

3 The Table in Schedule 2 is amended

(a) in item 7 by striking out "Contravention of section 77 of the Act" and substituting "Contravention of section 77 (1) of the Act", and

(b) in item 8 by striking out "Contravention of section 79 of the Act" and substituting "Contravention of section 79 (1) or (2) of the Act".
