B.C. Reg. 111/2024, deposited May 21, 2024, under the INCOME TAX ACT [sections 48 and 140]. Order in Council 268/2024, approved and ordered May 21, 2024.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the Interactive Digital Media Tax Credit Regulation, B.C. Reg. 187/2010, is amended as follows:

(a) section 3 (e) is amended by striking out "minister" and substituting "Provincial minister";

(b) effective September 1, 2024, section 3 is amended by adding the following paragraph:

(d.1) a product that enables gambling with currency; .
