B.C. Reg. 113/2024, deposited May 23, 2024, under the GREAT BEAR RAINFOREST (FOREST MANAGEMENT) ACT [sections 8, 9 and 50]. Order in Council 271/2024, approved and ordered May 23, 2024.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that

(a) the Great Bear Rainforest (Forest Management) Regulation, B.C. Reg. 327/2016, is amended in section 31 by striking out "140 000 m³" and substituting "114 513 m³", and

(b) the Great Bear Rainforest (Special Forest Management Area) Regulation, B.C. Reg. 325/2016, is amended in the table to section 2 by adding the following item as indicated:
