On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the Violation Ticket Administration and Fines Regulation, B.C. Reg. 89/97, is amended as set out in the attached Schedule.

Schedule

1 Schedule 1 of the Violation Ticket Administration and Fines Regulation, B.C. Reg. 89/97, is amended in Column 2 of Item 1A

(a) by repealing paragraph (c.02), and

(b) by adding the following paragraph:

(m.1) Safe Access to Schools Act .

2 Schedule 2 is amended

(a) by striking out "Access to Services (COVID-19) Act" and the items under that heading, and

(b) by adding the following as indicated:
