On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, effective June 20, 2024, B.C. Reg. 158/2021 is amended as set out in the attached Appendix.

Appendix

1 B.C. Reg. 158/2021 is amended

(a) in paragraph (b) (i) by striking out "May 27, 2021" and substituting "March 14, 2024" and by striking out "subparagraph (ii)" and substituting "subparagraphs (ii) and (ii.1)",

(b) in paragraph (b) (ii) by striking out "attached map" and substituting "attached maps",

(c) in paragraph (b) by adding the following subparagraph:

(ii.1) the Crown land outlined in black and shaded grey on the attached map titled "Mountain Caribou Partnership: 2024 A2 Additions" and dated March 8, 2024. ,

(d) by repealing paragraph (b) (iii) and (iv),

(e) by repealing the map titled "Mountain Caribou Partnership: A2" and substituting the attached map titled "Mountain Caribou Partnership: A2",

(f) by repealing the maps titled "Mountain Caribou Partnership: B3" and "Mountain Caribou Partnership: B3 Additions", and

(g) by attaching the map titled "Mountain Caribou Partnership: 2024 A2 Additions" and dated March 8, 2024.

Re: B.C. Reg. 126/2024

Pursuant to section 6 of the Regulations Act, I hereby exempt from publication the maps attached to B.C. Reg. 126/2024.
