On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, effective July 1, 2024, the following sections of the Budget Measures Implementation Act, 2024, S.B.C. 2024, c. 13, are brought into force:

(a) sections 36 and 41;

(b) sections 50 and 53;

(c) sections 94 and 96;

(d) sections 113 and 115;

(e) sections 128 and 130;

(f) sections 143 and 149;

(g) sections 196 and 203;

(h) sections 227 and 232;

(i) sections 246 and 248;

(j) sections 254 and 256.
