On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, effective July 1, 2024, the Provincial Sales Tax Regulation, B.C. Reg. 96/2013, is amended by adding the following section:

Prescribed provision for penalty under section 205.4 of Act

95.1 For the purposes of section 205.4 (2) (d) of the Act, section 93.1 (1) of this regulation is prescribed.
