B.C. Reg. 150/2024, deposited June 17, 2024, under the RESORT TIMBER ADMINISTRATION ACT [section 4]. Order in Council 342/2024, approved and ordered June 17, 2024.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, effective July 3, 2024, the Controlled Recreation Area (Resort Timber Administration Act) Regulation, B.C. Reg. 166/2007, is amended as set out in the attached Schedule.

Schedule

1 The table in section 1 of the Controlled Recreation Area (Resort Timber Administration Act) Regulation, B.C. Reg. 166/2007, is amended by repealing items 1, 4, 5, 7 and 9.

2 The table in section 2 is amended by repealing items 7, 18 and 22.

3 The following section is added:

Controlled recreation areas 2024

8 Crown land outlined in heavy black and shaded grey on the maps on file with the Mountain Resorts Branch of the minister’s ministry with the file names listed in Column 2 of the following table are designated as controlled recreation areas effective on the date set out in Column 3:

Pursuant to section 6 of the Regulations Act, I hereby exempt from publication the maps attached to B.C. Reg. 150/2024.
