On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that section 12.1 of the Strata Property Regulation, B.C. Reg. 43/2000, is amended by adding the following paragraphs:

(g) MST (Fairmont) Land Holdings Ltd.;

(h) 0996501 B.C. Ltd.
