B.C. Reg. 209/2024, deposited July 15, 2024, under the BONDING ACT [section 11]. Order in Council 497/2024, approved and ordered July 15, 2024.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the Bonding Regulations, B.C. Reg. 11/68, are amended as set out in the attached Schedule.

Schedule

1 Division 1 of the Bonding Regulations, B.C. Reg. 11/68, is repealed.

2 Section 9 is amended

(a) by striking out the following:

Agricultural Produce Grading Act

Apprenticeship Act

Condominium Act

Energy Resource Activities Act

Ferry Corporation Act

Gas Safety Act

Heritage Conservation Act

Motor Carrier Act

Pesticide Control Act

Petroleum and Natural Gas Act

Petroleum Corporation Act

Private Investigators and Security Agencies Act

Private Post-Secondary Education Act

Public Service Bonding Act

Real Estate Act

Securities Act

Social Service Tax Act

Supreme Court Act

System Act

Trade Practice Act , and

(b) by adding the following:

Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act

Private Training Act .

3 The Schedule to the Bonding Regulations is repealed.
