On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that

(a) the Health Care Employers Regulation, B.C. Reg. 427/94, is amended as set out in the attached Schedule 1, and

(b) the Social Services Employers Regulation, B.C. Reg. 84/2003, is amended as set out in the attached Schedule 2.

Schedule 1

1 The list in section 2 of the Health Care Employers Regulation, B.C. Reg. 427/94, is amended

(a) by striking out the following:

The Governing Council of The Salvation Army in Canada, Vancouver Harbour Light Detox

Whalley & District Senior Citizens’ Housing Society , and

(b) by adding the following:

Schedule 2
