Treasury Board orders that

(a) the Official Duties Expense Regulation, B.C. Reg. 226/2001, is amended as set out in the attached Schedule 1, and

(b) effective on the day the 42nd Parliament is dissolved, the Official Duties Expense Regulation is amended as set out in the attached Schedule 2.

Schedule 1

1 Section 6 (3) of the Official Duties Expense Regulation, B.C. Reg. 226/2001, is amended by striking out "$19 360" and substituting "$22 288".

Schedule 2

1 Section 1 of the Official Duties Expense Regulation, B.C. Reg. 226/2001, is amended by repealing the definition of "Capital Regional District constituencies" and substituting the following:

"Capital Regional District constituencies" means the following electoral districts established by the Electoral Districts Act:

(a) Esquimalt-Colwood;

(b) Juan de Fuca-Malahat;

(c) Langford-Highlands;

(d) Oak Bay-Gordon Head;

(e) Saanich North and the Islands;

(f) Saanich South;

(g) Victoria-Beacon Hill;

(h) Victoria-Swan Lake; .
