On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that section 17 (a) of the Indigenous Self-Government in Child and Family Services Amendment Act, S.B.C. 2022, c. 40, is brought into force.
