I, Donna Myketa, Chief Gold Commissioner, Ministry of Mining and Critical Minerals, order as follows:

(a) the Mineral Land Reserve (No Mineral Claim Registrations) Regulation, B.C. Reg. 71/2010, is amended as set out in section 1 of the attached Appendix;

(b) the Mineral Land Reserve (No Mineral or Placer Claim Registrations) Regulation, B.C. Reg. 271/2007, is amended as set out in section 2 of the attached Appendix.
