On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the Port Land Valuation Regulation, B.C. Reg. 304/2010, is amended as set out in the attached Appendix.

Appendix
1 Section 2 (a) of the Port Land Valuation Regulation, B.C. Reg. 304/2010, is amended by striking out "2024 taxation year, as at December 31, 2023" and substituting "2025 taxation year, as at December 31, 2024".
2 Sections 3 (2) and 4 (2) are amended by striking out "2024 taxation year" and substituting "2025 taxation year".
3 Section 4 (2) is amended in the description of "inflation adjustment" by adding "one percentage point above" before "the percentage change".
4 The Schedule is repealed and the attached Schedule substituted.
