The British Columbia Assessment Authority orders that the Electrical Power Corporations Valuation Regulation, B.C. Reg. 217/86, is amended as set out in the attached Schedule.

Schedule

1 Section 2 of the Electrical Power Corporations Valuation Regulation, B.C. Reg. 217/86, is amended by striking out "2024" and substituting "2025".

2 Section 3 (2) (a) to (d) is repealed and the following substituted:

(a) Class 1, $52 800 per circuit kilometre;

(b) Class 2, $38 100 per circuit kilometre;

(c) Class 3, $28 100 per circuit kilometre;

(d) Class 4, $9 400 per circuit kilometre.

3 Section 4 (2) (a) to (m) is repealed and the following substituted:

(a) Class 1, $70 300 per circuit kilometre;

(b) Class 2, $89 700 per circuit kilometre;

(c) Class 3, $927 800 per circuit kilometre;

(d) Class 4, $705 600 per circuit kilometre.

(e) Class 5, $894 800 per circuit kilometre;

(f) Class 6, $548 500 per circuit kilometre;

(g) Class 7, $141 900 per circuit kilometre;

(h) Class 8, $156 600 per circuit kilometre.

(i) Class 9, $391 000 per circuit kilometre;

(j) Class 10, $490 900 per circuit kilometre;

(k) Class 11, $8 287 800 per circuit kilometre;

(l) Class 12, $51 600 per circuit kilometre;

(m) Class 13, $142 100 per circuit kilometre.

4 Appendix A is repealed and the following substituted:
