B.C. Reg. 290/2024, deposited December 19, 2024, under the RESTRICTING PUBLIC CONSUMPTION OF ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES ACT [sections 10 and 12]. Order in Council 680/2024, approved and ordered December 19, 2024.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that

(a) section 10 of the Restricting Public Consumption of Illegal Substances Act, S.B.C. 2023, c. 40, is brought into force, and

(b) the Restricting Public Consumption of Illegal Substances Act is repealed.
