AMENDMENTS NOT IN FORCE
Motor Vehicle Act
Amendment made by B.C. Reg. 116/96, paragraph (c)
Effective on the date specified by
subsequent order of
the Lieutenant Governor in Council
Section 40.08 (1) (b) of the Motor Vehicle Act Regulations, B.C. Reg. 26/58, is amended by striking out “warranty” and substituting “warranty, other than warranties under sections 6 and 7 of the Motor Vehicle Emissions Control Warranty Regulation,” .
