AMENDMENT NOT IN FORCE

Safety Standards Act

amended by B.C. Reg. 475/2004, Schedule 3

effective March 1, 2005

2 Sections 38 and 39 (2) and (5) (a) are amended by striking out "3 business days" and substituting "2 business days".
