Fish Inspection Act
1 An oath under section 3 (2) of the Fish Inspection Act must be in the following form:
I, .............................................[name], of .............................................................[address], in the Province of British Columbia, swear/affirm that
(a) I will faithfully and honestly perform my duties of inspector under the Fish Inspection Act;
(b) I will not, except in the discharge of my duties, disclose to any person any information that may come to me as an inspector;
(c) I will not, either directly or indirectly, engage in or in any way carry on the business of trading or dealing in fish or marine plants during my term of office as an inspector of fisheries.
