Offence Act
1 The following offences under the Motor Vehicle Act are prescribed for the purposes of section 15.3 (1) of the Offence Act:
(a) section 140 – disobeying construction signs;
(b) section 146 (1) – speeding in or outside a municipality;
(c) section 146 (3) – speeding against a highway sign;
(d) section 146 (7) – speeding against a municipal sign;
(e) section 147 (1) – speeding in a school zone; (f) section 147 (2) – speeding in a playground zone.
