Resort Municipality of Whistler Act

APPLICATION MODIFICATION REGULATION NO. 2

Applicability of Municipal Act provisions

1 Sections 430 and 431 of the Municipal Act do not apply to the Resort Municipality of Whistler, and sections 432 to 440 of that Act are modified to the extent that the duties imposed on the Court of Revision and on persons as a consequence of the application of sections 430 and 431 to the Resort Municipality of Whistler do not apply.
