PETROLEUM DEVELOPMENT ROAD REGULATION,
B.C. Reg. 356/98

amendment made by B.C. Reg. 546/2004, Appendix

effective December 31, 2004

25 Section 11 of the Petroleum Development Road Regulation, B.C. Reg. 356/98, is amended by striking out "Highway Act" and substituting "Transportation Act".
