MOTOR VEHICLE INSURANCE POLICY
LIMITS REGULATION

Prescribed limits under section 151 of the Act

1 In respect of motor vehicle liability insurance policies issued or renewed on and after January 1, 1985, the prescribed amounts under section 151 of the Act are

(a) at least $200 000 for each of subsections (1) and (2),

(b) $180 000 for subsection (3) (a),

(c) $20 000 for subsection (3) (b),

(d) at least $200 000 for the first reference to a prescribed amount in subsection (4), and

(e) at least $20 000 for the second reference to a prescribed amount in subsection (4).
