Boiler Code

1 Pursuant to section 271 of the Railway Act, the Minister of Railways has made Rules and Regulations governing the design and construction of steam boilers and pressure vessels as set forth in the Boiler Code attached hereto.

Boiler Code

The Boiler Code is exempt from publication under section 6 of the Regulations Act. Copies may be seen at the Safety and Standards Department of the Ministry of Municipal Affairs, Suite 245, 4299 Canada Way, Burnaby, B.C. V5G 1H9.
