Community Financial Services Act
1 For the purpose of section 2 (7) (a) of the Community Financial Services Act, members of the board of directors of the B.C. Community Financial Services Corporation are entitled to reimbursement of travel and incidental expenses at rates established for Group II employees under Treasury Board Order 275/94.
2 For the purpose of section 10 (8) of the Community Financial Services Act, members of the advisory council to the B.C. Community Financial Services Corporation are entitled to
(a) reimbursement of travel and incidental expenses at rates established for Group II employees under Treasury Board Order 275/94, and
(b) remuneration for services of $175 per diem for each day in attendance at advisory council meetings.
