HIGHWAY ACT, PART 6, REGULATION

Permits for access to controlled access highways

1 A regional director highways or a regional approving officer of the Ministry of Transportation and Highways is authorized on behalf of the Minister of Transportation and Highways to issue a permit referred to in section 54 (1) of the Highway Act.
