AMENDMENT NOT IN FORCE
Environmental Management Act
amended by B.C. Reg. 156/2005, section (b)
effective July 1, 2005
(b) The table in Schedule 2 is amended by adding "Code of Practice for the Discharge of Produced Water from Coalbed Gas Operations" in Column 2 opposite "Coalbed Gas Exploration and Production Industry" in Column 1.
