Geothermal Resources Act
1 In this regulation, "commission" means the Oil and Gas Commission under the Petroleum and Natural Gas Act.
2 (1) The Geophysical Exploration Regulation under the Petroleum and Natural Gas Act applies for the purposes of the Geothermal Resources Act to exploration for geothermal resources.
(2) References to the commission in the Geophysical Exploration Regulation, as it applies for the purposes of the Geothermal Resources Act, must be read as references to the minister responsible for the administration of the Geothermal Resources Act.
