Economic Development

1The Regional District of Bulkley-Nechako is granted the additional power to provide Economic Development as an extended service.

Para-Transit

2The Regional District of Bulkley-Nechako is granted the additional power to provide Para-Transit as a local service.

3The Regional District of Bulkley-Nechako is granted the additional power to provide Cemetery Grant-in-Aid as a local service.

Electric Power Distribution

4The Regional District of Bulkley-Nechako is granted the additional power to provide, as a local service, Electric Power Distribution to Birch Bay on Francois Lake.

Telephone Capital Financing

5The Regional District of Bulkley-Nechako is granted the additional power to authorize the acquisition of Telephone Capital Financing as a local service.

Water diversion works and maintenance

6The Regional District of Bulkley-Nechako is granted the additional power to establish a water diversion works and maintenance service specifically for the Glacier Gulch project, including the powers of a municipality under sections 551 and 552 of the Municipal Act1, as a local service.

Emergency Program Act
