1The Regional District of Fraser-Fort George is granted the additional power
(a) to establish and operate an airport service as a local service,
(b) to operate an Enhanced 9-1-1 Emergency Response System as an extended service,
(c) to authorize the acquisition of Electric Power Capital Financing as a local service,
(d) to undertake the operation and maintenance of cemeteries as a local service,
(e) to authorize the acquisition of Telephone Capital Financing as a local service, and
(f) to authorize the acquisition of Natural Gas Capital Financing as a local service.
