Schedules Forming Part of the Vancouver Building By-Law. Due to the new format of this By-law cycle, Schedules have been located in different divisions within the body of the By-law in order to be consistent with the British Columbia Building Code. Schedules A, B1, B2, C-A and C-B are located at the end of Part 2 of Division C. Schedules D1 and D2 are located at the end of Part 5 of Division B.
Schedule of Fees. The fee schedules listed are the fees as of January 1, 2007. These fees are listed for information only and are subject to change.
PART A – BUILDING | |||

(b) | for each demolished dwelling unit that has been replaced by a dwelling unit occupied by rental tenants and not created pursuant to the Strata Property Act. | ||
