2 The classes of persons who are prescribed for the purposes of paragraph (c) (i) of the definition of "practitioner" in section 1 of the Act are persons who are authorized under the Health Professions and Occupations Act to practise any of the following designated health professions:
(b) nursing, psychiatric nursing or midwifery;

3 For the purposes of section 5 (1) of the Act, a pharmacist may be a direct owner or an indirect owner.

4 A person must give written notice to the registrar under section 7.1 of the Act as follows:
(a) at least 7 days before a manager ceases to manage a pharmacy;
(b) at least 30 days before the location of a pharmacy changes;
(c) at least 30 days before a direct owner changes;
(d) at least 7 days before an indirect owner changes;
(e) on becoming aware that a direct owner has ceased to be eligible, under section 3 of the Act, to hold a pharmacy licence.
5 A bylaw under section 21 (1) of the Act comes into force on the date that falls 60 days after the date of filing, unless the minister takes an action set out in that section.
6 The minister may disallow a regulation or a portion of a regulation under section 22 (2.1) of the Act within 60 days after the date of filing.
