Judicial Compensation Act

[Last amended December 31, 2024 by B.C. Reg. 83/2023
and includes amendments by B.C. Reg. 39/2024]

1 In this regulation, "Act" means the Judicial Compensation Act.

2 For the purposes of section 7.1 (2) of the Act, the following amounts are set:

(a) for paragraph (a) of that subsection, $40 000;

(b) for paragraph (b) of that subsection, 85% of the costs over $40 000 but under $150 000.
