On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, effective February 14, 2024, the Bylaw Notice Enforcement Regulation, B.C. Reg. 175/2004, is amended by adding the following to Schedule 1 as indicated:

— N. SHARMA, Attorney General; M. RANKIN, Presiding Member of the Executive Council.
