I, Selina Robinson, Minister of Post-Secondary Education and Future Skills, order that the Private Training Regulation, B.C. Reg. 153/2016, is amended as set out in the attached Schedule.

Schedule

1 Section 17 (4) (a) of the Private Training Regulation, B.C. Reg. 153/2016, is repealed and the following substituted:

(a) must, within 24 hours after the institution receives notice of the inspection,

(i) be posted in a prominent place at the location where the inspection is to be conducted, and

(ii) be posted on the institution’s website, if the institution has a website, and .

2 Section 48.2 (4) is repealed and the following substituted:

(4) A certified institution must post,

(a) in a prominent place at each location at which the certified institution operates, a copy of the statement of rights in every language in which the instruction of an approved program is provided at that location, and

(b) on the institution’s website, if the institution has a website, a copy of the statement of rights in every language in which the instruction of an approved program is provided.

3 Section 62 (1) is amended by adding the following paragraph:

(a.1) be posted on the institution’s website, if the institution has a website; .
