B.C. Reg. 27/2024, deposited February 21, 2024, under the SAFETY STANDARDS ACT [section 88 (2)]. Ministerial Order M45/2024, dated January 8, 2024.

I, Ravi Kahlon, Minister of Housing, order that the Power Engineers, Boiler, Pressure Vessel and Refrigeration Safety Regulation, B.C. Reg. 104/2004, is amended

(a) in section 2 (1) in the definition of "professional engineer" by striking out "Engineers and Geoscientists Act" and substituting "Professional Governance Act", and

(b) in section 64 (e) by striking out "manhole and handhole covers" and substituting "equipment access covers".
