On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, effective March 6, 2024,
(a) the Supreme Court Civil Rules, B.C. Reg. 168/2009, are amended as set out in Schedule A,
(b) the Supreme Court Family Rules, B.C. Reg. 169/2009, are amended as set out in Schedule B, and
(c) the Provincial Sales Tax Exemption and Refund Regulation, B.C. Reg. 97/2013, is amended as set out in Schedule C.

Schedule A
