I, George Heyman, Minister of Environment and Climate Change Strategy, order that the Integrated Pest Management Regulation, B.C. Reg. 604/2004, is amended as set out in the attached Schedule.

Schedule

1 Section 24 (2) (d) is amended by striking out "poles in per" and substituting "poles per".

2 Section 60 (2) of the Integrated Pest Management Regulation, B.C. Reg. 604/2004, is amended

(a) in paragraph (c) by striking out "address and a telephone or fax" and substituting "address, email address and a telephone", and

(b) in paragraph (j) by adding "or email address above" after "at the address above".

3 Section 61 (2) is amended

(a) in paragraph (c) by striking out "address and telephone" and substituting "address, email address and telephone", and

(b) in paragraph (j) by adding "or email address above" after "at the address above".

4 Section 63 (2) (e) is amended by striking out "herbicide"" and substituting ""herbicide"".
