On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the Workers Compensation Act, R.S.B.C. 2019, c. 1, is amended as set out in the attached Schedule.

1 For each item in the following table, the provision of the Workers Compensation Act, R.S.B.C. 2019, c. 1, listed in column 1 is amended by striking out the dollar amount shown in column 2 and substituting the dollar amount shown in column 3:
