On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that effective March 6, 2024, the Court of Appeal Rules, B.C. Reg. 120/2022, are amended in Schedule 2 by repealing item 14 of Division 1.
