B.C. Reg. 47/2024, deposited March 6, 2024, under the DRINKING WATER PROTECTION ACT [sections 48 and 49]. Order in Council 103/2024, approved and ordered March 6, 2024.
On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the Drinking Water Protection Regulation, B.C. Reg. 200/2003, is amended as set out in the attached Schedule.

Schedule
1 Section 9 (1) of the Drinking Water Protection Regulation, B.C. Reg. 200/2003, is amended by striking out "fecal coliform bacteria or Escherichia coli parameters" and substituting "Escherichia coli parameter".
2 Schedule A is amended by repealing the following item, as indicated:
